CH 1: Glorious Gardeners (June 27–July 8)
Become a gardener and learn about all things green! Join us for planting, growing, getting our hands dirty, and having lots of fun. In addition to creating crafts and small container gardens to take home, we’ll dig a little deeper in the school garden. We’ll also collect and identify flowers and plants. Head Teacher: Bonny Flower
CH 2: Nature is My Pallet (July 11–22)
Do you dream about mud, birds, and trees? Are you ready to let your creative side explore? We’ll draw inspiration and materials from the world around us as we create nature-inspired crafts and explore the woods. We’ll let our creativity flow from paper, to the kitchen, to music, and have so much fun along the way. Head Teacher: Bridgette Moore
CH 3: Construction Camp (July 25–August 5)
Come turn recycled materials into treasured creations! We’ll be building inside and out to create, create, create. From giant forts to miniature houses, our crafty creations will include puppets, dioramas, and even small woodworking projects. In this “construction zone” the options are endless! Head Teacher: Meagan Ledendecker
CH 4: Explore the Woods (August 8–19)
We'll be immersed in the woods where we’ll scamper and play, create little forts, and learn the local flora and fauna. Our morning hikes and explorations will be complemented by mini-lessons and activities about backyard ecology and habitats. Come ready for exploring and discovering woodland treasures! Head Teacher: Rose Bohmann
Elementary (ages 6 to 12)
EL 1: Crafty Cooking (June 27–July 1)
Ready to whip up new recipes, add some spices, and savor the flavors? In addition to cooking, we’ll be exploring paper crafts, playing outdoors, and, of course, trying our recipes! At the end of the week, take home a collection of recipes and try them at home. Come don your chef hat and celebrate food! Head Teacher: Emmy Bowser-Dadak
EL 2: Passport Around the World (July 5–8)
Get your suitcase and passport ready! Become a world traveler and visit a different country each day of the week. Learn about music, culture, dress and daily life of native peoples and each day try foods from exotic new places! Head Teacher: Julie Haagenson
EL 3: Nature Exploration (July 11–15)
Our forty acres of woods and fields will be our inspiration as we play games, try experiments, and tackle projects. We’ll be inside and out, and after enjoying an assortment of activities and hikes, we’ll conclude each day by making a nourishing beverage. Yum! Fruit smoothies! Head Teacher: Emmy Bowser-Dadak
EL 4: Great Outdoors (July 18–22)
Explore the great outdoors! Campers will hike and investigate the treasures that the wilderness has to offer, while learning wilderness skills and celebrating the wonders of the natural world. Discover native species and natural creativity in the beautiful Massachusetts forest. Head Teacher: Julie Haagenson
EL 5: Science Discovery (July 25-29)
This camp will be loaded with activities related to alternative energy, chemistry, density, forces, and magnetism. There will be fun research and hands-on experiments each day. Come ready to get a little messy! Head Teacher: Julie Haagenson
